Every effort is made to offer sessions and content with honesty, integrity, and care. Harassment, verbal abuse, or disrespect toward Kara or her team will result in immediate termination of services without refund.
By booking a session or program, you agree to interact respectfully and uphold the energetic integrity of this work.

All content shared through kararingo.com, Kara's programs, emails, social media, and live or recorded offerings is protected under copyright. You may not share, copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any materials without express written permission.
Sharing Kara’s content on social media is permitted with proper attribution.

Payment, Cancellation & Missed Session Policies
All services must be booked and paid in advance.
Sessions may be rescheduled or canceled for a full refund with 48 hours' notice via written communication.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice that are not related to an emergency may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
Missed sessions without prior notice are considered forfeited and are non-refundable.
A session is deemed a no show after 15 minutes of the start time. No shows will not be rescheduled.
The sessions are for 1 person only, there are no group sessions.
